The Decorative Concrete Resource Center, Inc. (hereinafter “DCRC”) website provides information on both materials offered for use in the decorative concrete industry and suppliers and contractors who provide such materials and/or perform work in the field of decorative concrete. The information provided on the DCRC website, including links to third party websites, is for informational purposes only and may not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any other media. Users of the DCRC website do so at their own risk and DCRC makes no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the accuracy or reliability of any information posted on the DCRC website or the safety of any third party website linked to the DCRC website. DCRC strongly encourages all users of the DCRC website to perform their own independent investigation prior to purchasing any material or engaging any contractor seen on its website, including, but not limited to, requesting information concerning any material from its manufacturer or supplier and requesting copies of licenses and referrals from contractors. DCRC makes nor representation or warranties whatsoever that the DCRC website will be free of computer viruses and other items which may be harmful to your computer. DCRC will not be responsible for any damages to your computer, including any loss of stored data, occurring as a result of your use of this website. DCRC prohibits any gathering and/or mining of information posted on the DCRC website, including, but not limited to, the names, email addresses and identities of users of the DCRC website and members of DCRC, for any purpose whatsoever. DCRC will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including indirect, special, or consequential damages, resulting suffered by any user of the DCRC website as a result of any inaccuracy, error, or omission contained in or concerning any information posted on the DCRC website.

Users of the DCRC website are encouraged to become member and post information, including both advertisements and solicitations, regarding the sale, trade or exchange of goods and/or information on and about products and or services related to the decorative concrete industry. Any user posting communications to the DCRC web site automatically grants DCRC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology. Any solicitation of any materials or services other than those used in connection with the decorative concrete industry is strictly prohibited. Users of the DCRC are prohibited from uploading, posting or transmitting any illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material to the DCRC website.

DCRC reserves the right to make periodic revisions to the DCRC website, including adding or removing information, at any time whatsoever. DCRC reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or refuse service to any user of the DCRC website for any reason whatsoever. In an effort to reduce instance of credit card fraud, DCRC has implemented a system of internal controls and verifications to confirm the validity of each credit card transaction. All computer data is encrypted per current banking standards, and NO complete credit card information is ever stored in any of our computer systems. We can only access the last four digits of any credit card stored in our computer systems. ANY discarded paperwork containing credit card information is shredded.
